One Month Old!!

Maddox had his one month appt today.  He had to have a shot and he did very well!  I was more upset than he was and he fell asleep shortly after the appt.  Doctor stated that he is a very healthy little boy!  We think he is perfect!

Weight- 11.0 pounds (75%)

Height- 22.5 inches (80%)

Head Circ- 15 inches (50%)

First Father's Day

Ryan had a wonderful first father's day.  Maddox loves his daddy very much and enjoys all of the time he gets to spend with him!

Peace Please!

First Bottle!!

Ryan was very excited to give Maddox his first bottle yesterday!  Madds took it down like a pro, in record time.  This weekend Ryan is going to do his first nighttime feeding so that I am able to get a solid 6 hour sleep!!!!!  YEAH!!!  Hoping it all goes well!

Maddox meets Barrett

My cousin Krista brought her little boy over to our home for the first meeting!  Krista's son, Barrett, was born two weeks after Maddox.   We had a good time together and exchanged stories and tips about feeding our little men!  Both boys are healthy and doing well, we are very blessed!

A Few Firsts.....

Ryan and I took Maddox for his first walk earlier this week and he really enjoyed it!  We decided to take one last night too and we had to rush home due to some big rain drops hitting us in the face.  Maddox's cord fell off last week and we have him his first bath, he was not too excited about it but he did like his second bath and I am sure that Ryan and I were more organized the second time around so that made it better for Maddox too.  

Eyes Open!

Maddox is doing great!  Ryan and I are enjoying every moment of being parents and we know that it will only get better as he gets older!  For the most part, he sleeps great at night and only gets up twice for diaper change and feeding.  there have been a few nights that he wants to wake up for the day at 4am and that is a little bit of a struggle.  Today my cousin Krista delivered a healthy little boy named Barrett.  He is going to come for a visit in the next few weeks and we will get some pictures posted of the boys together!
