Here is a short video of Maddox's room! We had the furniture delivered yesterday and it did not go smoothly. First they delivered the wrong dresser and then when they brought the correct dresser, the movers scratched it and now we are waiting for a new one to arrive to replace the current one in the room. We are just hoping that the new piece of furniture arrives before Maddox does! Also this week, we had a pinhole leak in our bathroom which resulted in us having to tear out part of the bathtub and the wall in the guest bathroom...what a mess!!!
On a positive note: we are very excited for our son to arrive and enjoy having his nursery furniture in the house. Soon I will begin to wash all of his little clothes and place them in his dresser!
This is the end of my 27th week and as you can see I am continuing to expand at a rapid pace! My feet and hands are so swollen that I do not even recognize them when I look at them. Kaya also wanted to be in the picture and the dogs enjoy using my stomach as a head rest! During the past two weeks we had all of the painting finished in the house and we are finally on to the next phase. This weekend we will have all of the carpets and tile floors steam cleaned and then we will actually be able to have all of the nursery furniture delivered next week!!!!! YEAH!!!! I am so excited to finally see everything coming together. Ryan and I start our first time parent classes at the hospital this week and are looking forward to all of the information.
